We make use of courier services to get your order delivered to you as fast as possible! Please allow 3 working days for your parcel to arrive for deliveries in South Africa, and 8 working days for international shipping.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

South African deliveries can expect to take place between 1-3 working days from order date.

International deliveries can expect to take place between 8-15 working days from order date depending on country

Returns

What are your return policies?

You  have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received. Leather watch straps may not show signs of wear (bend or creases).

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

Elan Time Co does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Warranty

What are your warrant policies?

The International Warranty period applies to all watches with the following conditions. Please note, the warranty period is shown on the product page of each watch, and also on your order confirmation. The International Warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects. The warranty does not cover the following: Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch after the terms of warranty. Damages, and/or malfunctioning of the watch, caused by unauthorised persons or its representatives making changes or attempting repairs to the watch or due to mistreatment of the product. Damages to crystal glass, crown, strap or buckle. Battery for quartz watches. Postage, insurance and other non-repair expenses are excluded from warranty. Please retain your order confirmation email to serve as proof of purchase. Please note watch straps and other accessories are not covered by an International Warranty.
